About Evelyn Kuo

Healing Practitoner

During the course of training Pilates over the last 10 years I became interested in all kinds of body and energy healing work.

Over the course of teaching hundreds of clients, I came to realize that the body workout is not enough, we need to work, nourish and understand our mind and spirit in order to healthily survive in our fast paced, stressful and complicated society.

My search led me to Shiatsu and energy massage, CranioSacral Therapies, Reiki and many styles of Breath Meditation. I received both training and certifications.

These healing techniques supported my personal growth, especially through difficult times in my life. My new learnings helped me to be transformed, inspired, gain awareness, improve my teaching and tap into awakening and enlightenment. I am grateful to have met, and continue to meet, wonderful teachers. Receiving their experience and training deeply enriches my life and in turn, that of my students and clients.
