Private Pilates Session  -  one trainer working  with one client for 55 minutes

Duet Pilates Session  -    one trainer working with two clients for 55 minutes

Semi-Private ( triplets )  -  one trainer working with three clients for 55 minutes

Essence of Motion addresses health concerns as you change during life according to various cycles.  Pilate’s exercises can be modified to adapt to any stage of your life including:

  • Pregnancy – pre and post- natal -  Pilates lateral breathing improves ribcage mobility will help in the 3rd trimester, focuses on strengthen the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscle which helps to support the lumbar and pelvic area to ease any back pain.  Pilates exercise will not stress the lax joints and heart rate. 

 

  • Incontinence  - Pilates focus and activate the transverses abdominis and pelvic floor muscles, which help heal incontinence. 
  • Osteopenia or Osteoporosis  -  Pilate’s apparatus work provides excellent resistance training and helps maintain strength for everyday activities.

 

  • Sports  ( golfers, bikers, runner, tennis player, swimmers, and etc. )

Pilates increase coordination, balance, dexterity and muscular speed.
