Group Reformer Class Schedule


Class Descriptions

 Reformer/Yoga – 4 people- All  levels-(55 minutes)

The workout starts with Yoga stretches and combined whole body workout.

 Reformer/Cardio/Sculpt – 3 people- All levels(55 minutes)

A full-body workout combining  with Pilates reformer and jump-board.

Reformer /Sculpt4 people-All levels (55 minutes)

Using all equipment to stretch and sculpt your whole body.


 Essence of Motion

 All Group class policy

** Must RSVP to guarantee a spot in class.

** All packages are prepaid.  All Classes are 55 minutes.

     ** All ”walk-ins” are taken on a first come first serve basis.

** All packages expire 3 months from date of first class

      ** Non-transferable & non-refundable

     ** Instructors are subject to change

 All classes require 24 hours notice when cancelling and/or rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule a class as long as it’s more than 24 hours from the start of class. If you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up for class you forfeit your class as a late cancel (no exceptions). A session will be deducted as late cancellation fee.

Reservations required 24 hours prior to class to guarantee a spot in class. All classes with zero or one student signed in 24 hours prior to start of class are automatically cancelled.

Due to small class size, reservations are required to guarantee a spot in class. Clients must be injury free to participate in reformer classes.

Due to safety reasons, clients who have never done Pilates utilizing a reformer must start the Pilates introduction package.

Do Find Out How You Should Leave the Pilates Equipment This is a basic put away your toys note. If you move a piece of equipment or take a something small like a ring or band from its place, put it back. Beyond that, most studios will want students to wipe the equipment off when they are finished. The studio provides towels and spray for that. Reformers should be left in the neutral position. Neutral position is foot bar up and straps hung up on the shoulder rest.
